Clay Cunningham, CPA, Cr.FA, MTX, has been a CPA since 1991. While working
for one of Atlanta's largest regional CPA firms, he gained extensive experience
in auditing and demonstrating proper internal controls for large and small
companies.
Clay also has Big-4 tax experience and earned a Master of
Taxation degree from Georgia State University in 1995. He has successfully
completed numerous engagements involving records reconstruction and bankruptcy
and has a broad range of experience in manufacturing, retailing, hospitality
and construction.
Prior to opening his own practice, Clay
worked for two highly respected forensic accounting firms
|
in Atlanta,
specializing in litigation advisory services and insurance loss consultation. He
became a Certified Forensic Accountant in 2002.
Clay has a BS in
Accounting from Clemson University. He is a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners and has an exemplary record with the Georgia State Board of Accountancy.
